Model of the complete dynein motor domain. The motor domain is colored according to the rainbow scheme (N terminal linker is purple, AAA1 in blue and then so until AAA6 which is in red.). The stalk (magenta) is constructed from a length of coiled coil and the previously determined structure of the microtubule binding domain.
