Comparisons of epsin1 and epsinR overexpression in COS cells

Epsin1 overlaps predominantly with the peripheral clathrin puncta
EpsinR overlaps predominantly with perinuclear clathrin puncta
Both lead to a limited redistribution of clathrin but not like that seen for AP180 C-terminus.
It seems that most of the clathrin staining in the cell can be accounted for by these two epsins
