Home Recent Papers The Gait Group		The oligo synthesis service offers an in-house specialist service for the synthesis, purification and analysis of DNA and RNA oligonucleotides. A wide range of scales are available from PCR (3OD) through to 50uM. Standard, non-modified primers are sent out for synthesis. However, urgent oligos can be synthesised in-house on request. Requests to use a particular manufacturer or the in-house facility will be honoured where possible. A wide range of modifications are available and new modifications are constantly being developed.
