Collaborations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outreach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We promote science education and sustainability initiatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. We participate to the LMB lab sustainability actions and follow the UKRI Environmental Sustainability Strategy<\/a> and the Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework<\/a> (LEAF) standards for sustainable labs. We won the LMB greening competition as most sustainable lab of 2024!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pirating science, a platform made by young scientists with the goal of bringing scientific concepts to kids via books, audios and YouTube videos<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cortona friends<\/a>, a non-profit organization which organizes a transdisciplinary week with the aim of connecting science to all other human expressions and train graduate students to a systemic view of life<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. We participate to the LMB Open<\/a> day to spread the passion for science to the future generations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. We give public talks about our science to scientists (See Vicky’s lecture here<\/a>) and non-scientific audiences, which are the vast majority of tax payers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
