Movie 1. GFP-SNX1-Decorated Tubules Do Not Transport Detectable Levels of TxR-EGF
HeLa cells were transfected with pEGFPC1-SNX1 for 22 hr and serum starved for 3 hr prior to imaging live. Cells were incubated with 200 ng/ml TxR-EGF and imaged live 15 to 20 min later. Pairs of images were captured every 2.7 s.

HeLa cells were transfected with pEGFPC1-SNX1 for 22 hr and serum starved for 3 hr prior to imaging live. Cells were incubated with 20 mg/ml Alexa568 transferrin and imaged live 15 to 20 min later. Pairs of images were captured every 2.5 s.
