The O’Neill lab together with the Hastings lab are hosting the Autumn edition the UK’s premier biological rhythms meeting on Friday 6th September at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology.
UK Clock Club is a circabiannual one day meeting of UK chronobiologists hosted on a rotational basis by research groups throughout the country. This September is it the O’Neill lab’s and Hastings lab’s turn. As usual, the day will comprise a selection of talks, a poster session, and a keynote lecture, with an emphasis on allowing PhD students and Postdocs to present their work to an interested and supportive audience.
**DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS 22ND AUGUST 2019**
This year, for the first time at UK Clock Club, there will be a ‘datablitz’ session included in the programme where poster presenters will be given a few minutes to introduce the data to the whole audience that they will later present during the poster session. The datablitz aims to increase participation in the poster session. As a further incentive to poster presenters, a prizes will be awarded to the best posters.
This meeting is free to attend and should not be missed. Refreshments, including tea and coffee, and lunch will be provided, and the day will be concluded with a buffet and wine reception.
