We have long-standing interests in the cytoplasmic transport of\u00a0 mRNAs &#8211; a process that spatially controls protein function in cells &#8211; and principles of motor regulation. We use a combination of techniques, including genetics, time-lapse microscopy, biochemistry, structural biology and single molecule assays of cargo transport in vitro.
