The long-term ambition of the lab<\/a><\/strong> is to understand, at the circuit and at the genetic level, how animals create a representation of space that allows the execution of target-oriented movements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We investigate these questions by using and developing a variety of methodologies. These include mouse genetics, viral strategies for circuit tracing and functional manipulations, in vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics and behavioral analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our group is part of the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
