How to find the lab.

Prospective PhD students

The LMB International PhD Programme attracts every year students from universities all over the world to do cutting-edge research in a prestigious, inspiring, and supportive environment. Between 20-30 new graduate students are selected every year at the LMB. After acceptance, selected students register to the University of Cambridge and become members of one of its 32 colleges.

Prospective PhD students to our group can check whether the Lancaster laboratory is advertising PhD projects and get informed about how to apply. Expressions of interest can also be sent to Madeline by email.

Videos of interest

Prospective Post-Doc applicants

Doctoral scientists with advanced knowledge in developmental neurobiology, and/or experience with in vitro model systems (stem cells, tissue engineering, neural rosettes or organoids) should contact Madeline by email. Potential candidates who are interested in joining us should be competitive to apply for external fellowships and sources of funding such as EMBO Long-Term Fellowship, Marie-Curie Fellowship or HFSP Fellowship.
