Stable versions of refmac and associated programs can be downloaded from CCP4. In any case to run refmac you must have ccp4.
You can download the latest version of the program from this site, however you should know that the programs are under continous development. Therefore existence of bugs cannot be excluded. If you encounter bugs and/or unexpected/unusual behaviour please let us know.

Old versions | You can take any of them and compile. They might be useful if the latest version has some (inevitable) bugs. |
Even older versions | Relatively ancient versions. They are in the University of York | ccp4i interface elements | ccp4i interface should work for most of the cases. However som new features may not be available from standard ccp4i. |
