Title : The two sides of the brain

JJ: “My piece shows the two different sides of the brain: the logical, boring side and the creative, exciting side. In my opinion this competition is a chance for everone two show how they interpret the brain and its different uses. Every teenager, and in fact every child, encounters exams or tests on a regular bases. This is one of the disadvantages of being a child at school. I have taken this idea and put it down on paper, this is through my use of the picture of the brain and the dark green background colour. Another thing that every child has is a creative side, an urge to overpower the boring logical side of the brain and do something more interesting with life than exams and tests. I have represented this idea with my use of paint splatters and bright, bold colours.”
