KS: “My piece consists of a brain, a fist and droplets. In my piece the brain is being punched by the fist and types of words such as society, pressure and relationships are flying out of it. I chose this idea because it shows what really happens in the brain and many people don’t know about this, when you are a teenager I believe you are most vulnerable. Many people judge you: friends, family, peers, this is shown as the fist. The colours in my piece are black, grey and white this is because when you are a teenager there are moments when you just don’t feel yourself and your thoughts can become very dark and dull. I believe if you look closer into the teenage brain this is what you would see.”
