Detailed Description

In general, this file contains the documentation start page code and a list of all possible settings with their default values. It then simply runs the ProSHADE class constructor, which performs all the required actions by the settings. Finally, the executable terminates leaving the results in the standard output. For programatorial access to the results, use the library functionality.

This file is part of the ProSHADE library for calculating shape descriptors and symmetry operators of protein structures. This is a prototype code, which is by no means complete or fully tested. Its use is at your own risk only. There is no quarantee that the results are correct.
