David Salvador Garcia’s PhD work has been posted (see Publications page for details). David combined genetics and biochemistry to shed light on the effects of dynein disease-associated mutations, as well as of a novel, force-sensitive mutation in the microtubule binding domain. The latter mutation provides evidence of a novel role of dynein in anaphase progression. Congratulations David!
