Crystal packing of endophilin BAR

What is it? a family of membrane curvature binding proteins with C-terminal SH3 domains (family members).

How do we think it works? Endophilin A1 is synapse enriched but its mechanism of action and role in endocytosis is unclear.

Major questions that should still be answered:
A. Does endophilin participate in endocytosis?
B. What other proteins participate in this pathway of endocytosis?
C. How and where do other members of the family function?
