Is cryo-EM taking over structural biology?

This news story in Nature maps the revolutionary technique’s eventful journey in the structural biology field since 2012-13. Ewen Callaway, on the occasion of the submission of the 10,000th cryo-EM structure in the EMDB, spoke to LMB scientists Richard Henderson and Sjors Scheres.
