John Ernest with his Tobacco Mosaic Virus Model

The sculptor John Ernest constructing a model of the tobacco mosaic virus, photographed by John Finch. Aaron Klug commissioned Ernest to build the model for the International Science Pavilion at the Brussels World Exhibition in 1958.
