Alexander Bates wins the 2020 British Neuroscience Association Postgraduate Award

Alex Bates, who recently completed his PhD in Greg Jefferis’ group in the Neurobiology Division, was awarded the BNA Postgraduate prize for his work on connectomics in Drosophila melanogaster; developing tools to deal with large amounts of neuroanatomy data and providing insights into how flies integrate inputs from multiple different senses.
