The LMB recently welcomed George Freeman MP as part of a wider visit to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus to learn how Cambridge is leading innovation in life sciences. During a tour of the LMB with Jan Löwe, Chris Russo and Madeline Lancaster, the Minister saw and learned how developments in low-energy cryo-EM will increase accessibility of this technique worldwide, and how brain organoids are advancing understanding of human brain development and disease.
