Shaofei Zhang has joined the Chin group to investigate genetic code expansion Prior to the LMB, Shaofei completed his PhD training in the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, USA. He studied mitotic spindle assembly and organisation in his PhD work.

We welcome Daniele Cervettini from Antonino Cattaneo’s lab at Scuola Normale. Daniele joins the lab as part of his masters program.

We welcome Alexandria Liang from the Lippard lab at MIT. Congratulations to Ali on obtaining an NSF post-doctoral fellowship. Prior to joining the LMB, Alexandria completed her PhD work on iron-containing metalloproteins in the Department of Chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

We welcome Samuel Kim from the Muir lab at Princeton, Sam joins the lab on a masters program funded by a Gates fellowship.

We welcome Claire Harmange from the Myers lab at Harvard, Claire is enrolled as a Master student.

Congratulations to Amit Sachdeva who moves to the University of East Anglia to become a lecturer in BioOrganic Chemistry.
