On day 168 of #LMB365 a fibroblast is shown labelled with the unique reverse directed myosin motor, myosin VI (green), actin filaments (red) and the nucleus (blue). Myosin VI targets to clathrin coated structures at the plasma membrane and is involved in the initial stages of endocytosis
