EpsinR binds to gamma-adaptin appendage domain with an affinity of 3.7microM, while epsin1 binds better to alpha and beta appendage domains.


Epsin1 co-localises with plasma membrane clathrin puncta, while epsinR co-localises with pericentriolar clathrin
