Revolutionary microscopy technique sees individual atoms for first time

Is cryo-EM taking over structural biology?

Ewen Callaway, on the occasion of the submission of the 10,000th cryo-EM structure in the EMDB, spoke to LMB scientists Richard Henderson and Sjors Scheres.
