Macromolecular Crystallisation

Automated systems and protocols have been developed at the LMB for screening crystallisation conditions by vapor diffusion in nanoliter droplets (initial screen and subsequent optimisation of conditions).

The associated video shows the way to operate our two fully automated systems for screening samples against a relatively large number of initial conditions.
